SXJ-70PS Pocket Spring machine produces continuous strings of pocket springs at the speed of 70pcs/min.The procedure is that the wire is pre-programmed to be heat-treated,coiled to a predefined spring,cut and transported and then the cooled down coil will be processed into pocket spring strings(in between the pockets are generated with ultrasonic welding units)
